Happy 2015!

December has come and gone. The holidays are about over. It was a season full of friends, family, and adventures.

At the Holiday Family Festival with Sydney, Ava and Aunt Kristin...

Family Christmas party with Aunt Bunny and the cousins...

A round of influenza meant Payton had another hospital stay. When she came home she shared with Parker and me. After a few weeks we're finally all feeling better.

We made a special stop at my favorite coffee place for caffeine for me and lemon poppy-seed muffins for them.

A stop at the Mormon Winter Quarter House to see all the amazing gingerbread houses.

A special afternoon on the town with Aunt Bo and Mamaw to see the Rockettes holiday show.

And of course, their school holiday party that included time with friends, face painting, gifts, and a visit with Santa.

A quiet Christas home, complete with a Doc Mobile and remote control dinosaur made a good way to end the month. And made a few kids beyond happy.

It has been a weird, wild ride in 2014. Here's to a 2015 full of firsts, adventures and love.
Happy New Year!!!

Happy 2014

We spent the new year by starting off practicing wearing our party clothes..

We spent the morning at the zoo, checking out the animals and waiting for the beach ball drop after we counter down until 12:00 noon.

After a quiet ringing in of the new year we spent several days just hanging out at home relaxing, playing and staying warm.

It even snowed here a little and Parker helped with his own shovel clear the driveway. He was so happy to get to help. In about 2 years he'll make a fortune scooping sidewalks around ehre.

We even celebrated a family birthday and the kids sat at the kids table without me. Big step! A little cake goes a long ways too :)

Here's hoping you all have had a good start to 2014, and that the coming year is full of all the things you love and provides the chance for you to find some new ones. Happy New Year!!!
