Week of fullness

The past week has been crazy. And so FULL.

Last Friday, we were not only celebrating the twins 6 month birthday - we moved into our new house. We have so much more room. The weekend before, I had a little help and painted their room green. The only thing left to do in it now is set up the last crib. It looks good with their giant tigers in there.

I spent the week trying to get them acclimated to their new home, pointing out to them that all their stuff was here now. Parker was still trying to get over the trauma of a rough appointment last week at the surgeons office.

Friday, I had to take them both to an appointment. Luckily Chris was able to meet me to help haul them and their equipment. Otherwise, it would be next to impossible. They both got weighed and their lengths taken. Parker was 13lbs 4 oz. and 22.5 inches long. Payton was 12 lbs 14 oz. and 22 inches long.

I hung pictures on the wall of our living room this week. A few are CJ's senior pictures. In the middle is a collage frame with pictures from the past 6 months of the twins. Some pictures are recent, some are from those first few days. Seeing how big they are now makes it hard to believe and a little overwhelming that Chris' wedding ring would fit over their foot and be on their ankle when they were born (with room to spare).
