It's beginning to look alot like Christmas...

I put up the babies Christmas tree this past week. I don't have the energy to put up the normal tree and try to keep them out of it so for one more year, we're going to stick with the little trees. We put up Parker's sock monkey tree and Payton's faerie tree, complete with stocking holders, stockings, and pictures from their very first meeting with Santa when they were still in the hospital. Next year I'll be brave.

We went to the Trails Center last Saturday for their Christmas on the Trails celebration. The babies were very interested in everything, but wanted only to look at Santa from across the room. There was no way that they were going to sit on his lap and get a picture taken.

We also did a little shopping at Hobby Lobby and ran into Aunt Bunny and Grandma Nonie which was fun. We love them! Luckily there was enough bright, shiny stuff to keep their attention for a decent amount of time, and not tons of people out that would have caused a total instant meltdown.

Then with it having snowed and being to cold, we just hung out at home on Sunday. Which of course allowed for some good snuggles. And we ever tried our hand at a little craft project. It went very well for the most part, until Payton wanted to take the stickers off the tree and give them to herself for going potty.

We've got a quiet week this week before some appointments and a couple Christmas parties next week. So get ready - there's gonna be some pictures coming :) Hope you're all getting into the Christmas spirit and enjoying how festive it looks outside with the snow (even if it was a pain to shovel).
